Andrew Evans (born October 22, 1988 in Calgary, Ontario) is a Canadian pair skater. He competes with partner Kara Singbell. They teamed up in 2008.
From 2006 through 2008, he competed with Surovi Rahman. The two were the 2007 Canadian junior national championships, and competed on the Junior Grand Prix circuit. MacCuish and Evans placed 8th at the 2007 World Junior Championships. The team placed second at the 2007 JGP Lake Placid, but won the free skate.
Before that, Evans was studying Nanotech Engineering at the University of Waterloo. Evans originally competed as a single skater. He decided to concentrate on pairs after not making it to the Canadian nationals as a single skater.[1]
